(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, if any amount remains to be paid by such person or organization in respect of a housing unit sold to a person or organization, he or she may only enjoy such housing unit subject to the conditions mentioned in the contract.
(2) Ownership of the housing unit enjoyed by such person or organization cannot be transferred to anyone else in any way until the remaining amount is paid in accordance with sub-section (1).
